Originally launched as a corporate-owned concept, Zelene has expanded into a franchise model with five corporate locations and its first franchise location already in operation, for a total of six locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Built on a foundation of scalp health, wellness innovation, and globally inspired head spa traditions, Zelene is helping establish a new standard for scalp-focused wellness in the American market while positioning itself for continued franchise growth and nationwide expansion.

As Founder and CEO of Moazzma Hunain Realty Group, Moazzma has built a real estate company focused on helping clients buy, sell, build, and invest in properties throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Alongside Syed Hunain Zia, both recognized as Texas Top Producers, the team has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service, market expertise, and long-term client relationships.
With a personal passion for real estate investing spanning more than 15 years, Moazzma has successfully combined entrepreneurship with real estate ownership, acquiring and managing investment properties while helping others build wealth through strategic real estate investments.
The company works closely with homeowners, investors, and custom home clients, guiding projects from initial concept through completion. Entertainment
Moazzma Hunain is the founder and CEO of Moazzma Hunain Entertainment, an entertainment company dedicated to producing large-scale concerts, live events, and unique cultural experiences. Through professionally executed productions, the company has brought together thousands of attendees while creating memorable events that celebrate entertainment, community, and culture.
Over the years, Moazzma has organized a diverse range of events, from family entertainment experiences and immersive productions to major concert events featuring internationally acclaimed artists. Her productions have included legendary singers Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, and Alka Yagnik, as well as bringing Pakistani music sensation Asim Azhar to Dallas for the first time.
Her work has also extended beyond music, producing unique live experiences featuring personalities such as Zaid AliT and Yumnah, as well as internationally recognized comedian Jeremy McLellan. Working alongside sponsors and partners from across the United States, she has developed highly organized events that have attracted audiences ranging from intimate gatherings to productions as large as 8,000 attendees.
In 2019, during a period of heightened tensions between India and Pakistan, Moazzma made headlines for her efforts to promote peace, cultural understanding, and artistic collaboration. Following a public message advocating love, harmony, and unity through the arts, she was featured on BBC South Asian Network with Haroon Rashid.
Her efforts also received formal recognition letter from B.N. Tiwari, President of the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), who issued an official letter acknowledging her professionalism and encouraging support for her future endeavors. The recognition marked a significant moment in demonstrating how entertainment can serve as a bridge between communities, cultures, and nations.
Philanthropy
Moazzma Hunain is the founder and trustee of the Moazzma Hunain Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives through humanitarian, educational, and community development initiatives. Guided by a belief that success carries a responsibility to serve others, the foundation focuses on creating meaningful and sustainable impact in underserved communities across Pakistan and Africa.
The foundation’s work includes the construction of water wells and reverse osmosis water plants, providing access to clean drinking water for communities in need. Its projects have supported villages in Mali, including the installation of a water well outside a mosque to serve worshippers and local residents, as well as water initiatives benefiting orphan communities in Uganda. The foundation has also organized Quran distribution programs, iftar meals, Eid celebrations for orphans and widows, and environmental initiatives such as tree-planting projects in rural communities.
In Pakistan, the foundation has partnered with multiple Deaf Reach campuses, supporting deaf students and staff through the installation of water chillers and the donation of a reverse osmosis water plant.
The foundation has also supported V Care Social Welfare Society in Karachi by funding a water well for senior citizens battling terminal illnesses, helping provide comfort and dignity to some of society’s most vulnerable individuals.
In 2026, the foundation completed a water well project in Kolalo Village, Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The project provides clean water access to local families, students, and worshippers while creating a lasting legacy of service for future generations.
